Puede ir acompañado de canela en polvo. Esta dirigido al mercado de hoteles restaurantes y distribución par su reventa o utilización en colectividades. Puede ser consumido por todo el público en general, excepto aquel que sea alérgico a la leche y otros derivados lácteos incluida la lactosa.
