What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: full name, company, business channel, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of the message. If you reach the form from a product page, the reference your enquiry relates to is also recorded.

We do not collect special categories of data or data relating to minors. Please do not include sensitive information in the message field.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to handle your request for commercial information and to maintain the contact arising from it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form (article 6.1.a GDPR), and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (article 6.1.b).

We do not use your data for profiling or for automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the period during which legal liabilities may arise. If the enquiry does not lead to a commercial relationship, the data is deleted one year after the last contact.

Note for the legal advisers: Confirm the retention period for commercial enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties, other than where legally required.

We use suppliers acting as data processors — website hosting, email service and an analytics tool — with whom we hold the contracts required by article 28 GDPR. These suppliers process the data on our instructions and do not use it for their own purposes.

Note for the legal advisers: Add the final list of processors (hosting, email and analytics) with their location, once contracting is closed.

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise them, write to the contact address shown below stating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. Communication with this website is encrypted.
