Tête de Moine es un queso suizo. Su nombre, significa "cabeza de monje", por su originaria producción en la abadía de Bellelay. El queso se come de una manera inusual: debe ser cuidadosamente raspado con un Girolle para hacer "rosettes" con el fin de desarrollar sus sabores perfumados.
