This site uses as few cookies as possible. There is no advertising, no cross-site tracking and no profiling. The only third-party content is the map on the contact page, and exactly what that means is explained below.

What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser. It is used, for example, to remember your preferences between visits.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this text prevails.
What we use on this site
We use a single piece of our own technical storage, needed to remember your decision about this very policy. Without it we would have to ask you on every page.
To know how many people visit the site we use an analytics tool that uses no cookies and collects no personal data: it does not identify users and does not follow them across websites. That is why it can run without prior consent, in line with the Spanish Data Protection Agency’s criteria on exempt analytics.

What we do NOT use
We use no advertising cookies, no social network cookies and no cross-site tracking. There are no embedded videos, no share buttons and no third-party chat widgets. Our WhatsApp contact is an ordinary link: it loads nothing until you click it.
The site has a single exception, the map on the contact page, and we explain it in the next section rather than leaving it in the small print.
The map on the contact page
The contact page includes an embedded Google Maps map. It is the only third-party content on the whole site.
That map loads together with the page, without waiting for your cookie decision. As it loads, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and the technical data of the connection, and may store information in your browser for the operation and security of the map itself. Google carries out that processing on its own account and under its own terms, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.
We say it here and also next to the map, on the contact page itself, because it is the only thing on this site that does not wait for you to decide. If you would rather avoid it, simply do not open the contact page: nowhere else on this site does anything external connect. You can also block third-party content from your browser settings.
Note for the legal advisers: Confirm the wording of this section and decide whether the map should load only after consent. As it stands, a third party loads before the person decides, and that is the part worth reviewing. If the table should list the exact name of each Google cookie, that has to be asked of Google: this site does not set them.
