El condimento es tradicional con un mínimo de 60 días Elaborado con tocino de cerdo picado grueso y jamón de origen CE, salado, aromatizado y embutido en tripa sintética. El producto es curado según la tradición en ambientes controlados, manteniéndolo presionado entre rejillas de acero para asegurar la forma y consistencia típicas. El salami está disponible en dos versiones, una clásica dulce y otra picante.
