It is produced by Kraats Kaas in Hoogeveen, certified BRCGS and IFS, with packing to order.
The 1 kg tray goes to cash & carry, hospitality and bakeries. Grated and diced come in consumer bags and in 1 and 2 kg bags for professional kitchens.
